Returns + Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with the subject line “RETURN or EXCHANGE – ORDER #”.  Our customer support representative will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm the approval of your refund, attached with our return shipping address and information.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
